These returns/exchanges are subject to the exceptions listed below.
If your merchandise is delivered to you in damaged condition, notify Customer Service at willis@stein-man.de Stein-Man has the option to exchange the damaged piece. In the event of a "customer changed mind" situation on stock merchandise, the customer is responsible for all handling charges that include a 10% repacking charge.
Custom ordered items, with personal names, cannot be cancelled.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable
If you need to cancel an order or make a return, please refer to your packing slip or e-mail willis@stein-man.de for assistance
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
