Paul Seelgen Military Reserve Beer Steins
The original "Military Reserve" beer steins reflected the time period between 1870 to 1914 and were a result of the Franco-Prussian War (1840 - 1871). It was considered an honor when a reservist's time of duty was over and they where often presented with one of these steins. The decorations that where applied depicted the division in which they had served their military duty.
Paul Seelgen Military Reserve Beer Steins are detailed replicas of these historical steins. With high grade porcelain bodies and the original "Welcome Home Lithophane" in the bottom base, they are finally lidded with valuable and intricately decorated figurine lids made out of solid pewter.
