Thewalt 1893
Thewalt 1893 - made by King-Werk - Original Collectors Beer Steins.As all stein collectors know - Thewalt stopped production of its world famous beer steins in 2009. The stoneware factory A. J. Thewalt had been producing beer steins since 1893 and belonged to one of the oldest companies of this kind that still existed in the ceramic town of Höhr-Grenzhausen.
In year 2010 King-Werk and Albert J. Thewalt got together and decided to produce in the King factory, a series of original limited edition Thewalt modells that would be based upon the trademark of "Thewalt 1893".
As can be expected from King-Werk, these modells come up to the very high standards that made Thewalt beer steins one of the most sought after articles amongst worldwide collectors.
