PLEASE NOTE: all Antique items are subject to prior sale!, all Stein-Man items are handcrafted and may vary in paint colors and attachments. While this makes your item more unique, valuable and collectible, it does mean that the item you purchase may not look identical to the shop photos as the colors and attachments may be changed without notice.
IMPORTANT: please remember if you are from a EU Country to include the 19% EUR VAT in your order!
All new Beer Steins are not stocked, they are ordered upon purchase and are handmade, because of this there could be a delay of up to 4 weeks before they are finished and are ready to be shipped.
All Stein-Man's products are backed by my guarantee of 100% satisfaction. My dedication to quality and service guarantees that you will be happy with your purchase. I will gladly exchange or refund any purchase in its original condition if notified within 30 days of receipt.
These returns/exchanges are subject to the exceptions listed below.
All orders are shipped via German DHL (please note that the German DHL is a partner of the German national post office and should not be related to the US DHL which is a US drop shipper) Shipping fees are automatically charged for orders: If the item you ordered is not available or not in stock I will notify you @mail and your money will be refunded.
Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damages or defects. You must keep the original packaging until you have inspected your items and found them satisfactory.
I cannot be held accountable for delays involving shipment handling by carrier. Stein-man.de is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and I cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.
I guarantee against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Return authorization must be obtained before returning any product. This warranty does not cover claims for damage due to abuse, neglect, or alteration. In such cases as shipping or packaging damages may incur, please preview my return policy below. I can help with the filing of any claims as a result of packaging or shipping damages where the manufacturer or the carrier is liable.
Any orders that have been lost or damaged in shipment must be handled through the carrier, as I do not issue direct refunds for lost or damaged items. Simply contact me and I will help with all lost or damaged item claims and make sure the issue is properly addressed.
Please note that German standard DHL shipping only covers a low liability stated below:
DHL Germany accepts liability for the value of the contents* under the terms relating to legal liability in accordance with the Universal Postal Convention (UPU):
40 SDRs (special drawing rights) per parcel plus 4.5 SDRs per kilogramme
1 SDR = Euro 1.1853 (official conversion rate of the Universal Postal Union, as at 01.01.2007)

If you would like express shipment and liability of up to 500,00 Euro then please choose DHL Premium upon order!
All merchandise shipped is considered sold and non-returnable unless authorized via email. Returns will be accepted only within 30 days after the shipment is delivered. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid at the sender’s expense. Authorized non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be in original purchased condition. If any of these steps above or below are not followed, penalties will be accessed to your refund.
If the carrier damages the product during shipment or delivery, then we must be notified immediately to submit a claim. If we are not given the opportunity to file a claim and have investigation done of this damage, then all penalties and the 15% restocking fee will apply--no exceptions. A German DHL claim can take up to 21 business days, and we must wait patiently in order for the appropriate refund to take place. We can not be held accountable for delays involving shipment.
Any item delivered from out of Germany means that the customer should be solely responsible for duties, local taxes etc.
